Refund & Returns Policy – Moona

Domestic Returns

We want you to love your Moona purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

All returned items must be clean, unused, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns if items show signs of use or damage.

Please ensure that your return is packaged with care to avoid damage in transit.

To start a return, simply select “Start a Return” in the Shipping & Returns section at the bottom of our website. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your label.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds.

  • If you choose store credit, the restocking fee will be waived.

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method or as store credit.

International Orders

We accept returns for international orders under the same 30-day policy. A prepaid return label will be provided, and the same conditions apply: a 10% restocking fee for refunds to the original payment method, or waived if store credit is chosen.
