At Moona, we believe beauty should travel with ease—and so should your order. Each purchase is prepared with care and shipped as quickly as possible.

Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. For priority orders, we do our best to dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (UK time) will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details—so you can follow your Moona package every step of the journey.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address and delivery option at checkout. Once an order is confirmed, we’re unable to make changes.
